You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. After this window, we’re unable to accept returns.
2. Who Covers Shipping?

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If something’s wrong with your order, let us know within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process and cover the shipping. Once we inspect and confirm the issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including your original shipping charges.
4. Changed Your Mind?
Not what you expected? No problem. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. You’ll need to cover the shipping cost. Once received and inspected, we’ll refund you for the product (minus any original shipping fees, if applicable).
5. How Refunds Work
As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, you’ll get an email confirmation. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow extra time for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
